Terminate suddenly and not giving pending salary

I worked with company from since last 4 month . On 17th nov. I had verbal arguments with HR who is also CEO of company. After that just after 5 min i got terminated. But my salary of worked days still due and they are not giving.
यदि आपने कंपनी में लगभग 4 महीनों तक काम किया है और आपको 17 नवंबर को मौखिक बहस के बाद तत्काल टर्मिनेट कर दिया गया, तब भी कंपनी आपकी कार्य की हुई दिनों की सैलरी रोक नहीं सकती। यह स्पष्ट रूप से वेजेज एक्ट और शॉप्स एंड एस्टाब्लिशमेंट एक्ट का उल्लंघन है। नियोक्ता बिना किसी वैध कारण के अर्जित वेतन रोकने के लिए उत्तरदायी होता है।
आप पहले कंपनी को वेतन भुगतान के लिए एक लिखित नोटिस भेजें। यदि फिर भी भुगतान नहीं होता, तो आप लेबर डिपार्टमेंट में शिकायत दर्ज कर सकते हैं या लेबर कमिश्नर के समक्ष दावा दायर कर सकते हैं। आवश्यकता पड़े तो आप लीगल नोटिस भेजकर भी वेतन की रिकवरी कर सकते हैं। अधिक सहायता या ड्राफ्टिंग के लिए आप मुझसे संपर्क कर सकते हैं।
