Still not received my last salary of November and December month
14-Mar-2025 (In Labour & Service Law)
I was working with **** company, I left that organization on 15th December 2024, still i haven't received my salary of November full month and 15 days of December month. Whenever I am calling to HR , simply she is giving false commitment and Account team also not giving any genuine reason. Today is 14th March, Basically I am from Odisha, I am staying in Pune , but my owner is from Pune location, so i am unable to pressurize them , Please help me on this , please help me to get my salary .

Well, in order to receive your Salary, you need to serve your Employer with a Legal Notice. You need to prescribe no of days within which your Employer must reply, if he won't reply positively to release your Salary or won't release your Salary, then, you can file Civil and Criminal Cases against that Employer.
