Startup co-founders (mother-son duo) are kicking me out (pvt ltd)

They blocked me everywhere, changed the email password, conducted a deal behind my back. They owe me around 1.4 lakhs in liabilities and expenses from the company and his mother is making random people spam call me to force me to settle for 20,000. The company made 14 lakhs in lifetime revenue (1 year) and has cash and receivables amounting to 3.5 lakhs after all external liabilities are paid. It has been four months and they don't co-operate on the dues, I need help with a legal notice
hi first need to see the copy of the agreement and its terms and conditions of it and if they didnt oblige the terms then you could send legal notice to them asking for your share and for other profits in that period
