Sir please suggest me I am very worried and what should I'd do please.

Dear sir I have resigned in my company. I want to return all the belonging to company but company is saying come head office with all the tools. But it is not possible to me because tools weight is 25 kg so I was requesting them to settle my account in branch office and provide me noc but company is saying no come to office. How can u join another company without surve the notice period then I asked to him I did not get any joining letter even after my request. Now company is sending the notic.

First we have to see the notice then we can send a reply accordingly we will plan our course of action, if there is any stipulation that was provided regarding notice period while joining? What is the rpoof that you were working in that company, these all sidea are to be critically analysed before taking any step
