Raunak Rudra security management Pvt Ltd jismein main kam Karta tha jiske Karan mujhe salary ka 10 tarikh ka bola gaya tha 10 ko salary nahin Hui FIR 15 ka bola FIR 25 tarikh ka bola AB phone karte hain to call receive nahin karte office per milte nahin Hai mera number block Dal Diya Hai please help me

Ab wo na phone utha rahe hain, na office mein mil rahe hain, aur aapka number bhi block kar diya gaya hai. apko niche diye gaye steps follow karne chahiye: Ek legal notice bhejiye company ko advocate ke through jisme pending salary ka demand ho. Aap apne area ke Labour Commissioner ke office mein complaint file kar sakte hain. Sare documents, jaise appointment letter, salary proof, call logs, aur messages, ikattha karke rakhiye. Agar tab bhi salary nahi milti, to aap Labour Court mein case file kar sakte hain salary recovery ke liye. Aapka case strong hai, aur kanooni roop se aapko salary lene ka pura adhikar hai.
