Seeking out-of-court settlement to convert Termination to Resignation

I was working as a Senior Security Officer at a major airline. In July 2025, I received a transfer order to another city. you must file an application before the labour court under your jurisdiction to seek the relief on medical grounds. for the same you will need to get an advocate and file the claim and also a notice to be submitted before filing of the application
