Salary not released during probation period

I have joined a company 3 months on 11 March, 2025 but due to health issues I resigned on may 17, 2025. My probation period is 6 months and notice period during probation is 3 months.
I have submitted necessary x rays and doctor report regarding my health condition and have served notice period of 1 month.
But still employer is not ready to relieve me and has not given salary for month of May also and is telling me to serve the notice period or pay for it if I don't serve.
what can I do
Well, if the Employer is asking you to extend Notice Period, then, the Employer can request so, not compel you, because, in the absence of clause of notice period extension, Employer cannot legally bind you to extend your notice period and serve the employer for long! As far as your Outstanding Salary is concerned, the Employer needs to release such Salary asap before asking you to extend your notice period!
