Salary not paid for working days

I have joined a company on feb 2025 and terminated on 27 march 2025 but the thing they said the will be not provided u have terminated under disciplinary ground to he honest i was watching a movie while working hours but NDA and Appointment letter their is no claws related to that they can hold salary for working days what I can do in case they are salary will not provided

Well, if there is neither proof that you were watching TV nor the Employer has your own confession, then, we can serve them a Legal Notice asking them to deposit Salary into your account, as it will be easy then to deny their allegations!
