Salary non-payment and forced overtime issue

I worked as a security guard through an agency on a monthly salary. I was made to work continuously for about 36 days without weekly off. My full salary has not been paid even after more than one month. I have followed up multiple times but no payment has been made. I want to know the legal steps I can take to recover my pending salary and overtime dues in Bangalore and whether I can file a case against the employer/agency.

The first thing is whether you worked only for 36 days or more?
secondly, you were hired through a contractor for a company and did you get an offer letter from a contractor or company?
thirdly, are you still working or have resigned from the above contractor?
