Request for Legal Advice Regarding Unfair PIP Outcome and Transparency

I am seeking legal advice regarding what I believe to be an unfair treatment and lack of transparency in the workplace at Infosys. Despite completing every task in my Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), I was marked as "failed" without any detailed feedback or clarity on the evaluation criteria. My repeated requests to HR and the whistleblower office for documentation and clarification have gone unanswered.
