Rennovation contract for an office

We signed a contract for Offìce Rennovation and promised to complete within 3 months but after a year also not handing over and quality of materials used is very cheap and poor workmanship.
hi first need to see the contents of the contract entered between the parties and if they are not handing over the office even after completion of contract period then you could send them legal notice and if they failed to respond then you could approach court
