I worked with a private sector company for 5+ years. I left the company on August 2024. Its been more than 6+ months , my FNF(Gratuity) is still pending. They are delaying a lot. Please suggest i
Payment of gratuity is a statutory right. Have you send emails or notices claiming gratuity? If not kindly send the email and legal notice. If they still fail to make payment, you can approach the Appellate Authority under the payment of gratuity act.
