Regarding the non compete clause of Wipro DOP for senior executive pos

I have a non compete clause in my offer letter when I joined an IT service software company as senior executive in pune . Will I be not able to join another IT service software company as team lead in pune if I served full notice period of 3 months in my current company and I am joining for another client for the new company than the one for which I was working for in my current company.
You can join the other company after serving a 3 month notice period in the current company. Make sure you receive the full and final settlement and your experience letter. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.

The big companies don't really look into all the small details of where their employees are going after leaving the company. You may have a Non-compete clause in your offer letter but its enforceability is not proven in Indian Courts. Indian Courts are still not sure if the Non-compete will apply in India. So you can surely switch to the other software IT Company.
