Regarding pending salary not given by cbse private school

after giving so many pending salary reminder (About 152 E-Mails and 47 Telephonic Conversation)to you from last 16 months not even a single reply from XXXXX Public School, I worked in XXXXX public school, from 21 June 2012 to 31 March 2015 as Examination Controller and Assistant Center Superintendent of AISSE/AISSCE-2015 and my Wife as TGT Social Science.We leave Our job with giving 3 months earlier notice period and no dues is given by you . We quit from there as per school rules and regulations. Still my and my wife security money didn't given by you and salary of May,June 2014 and February + March 2015(5 Months Salary) We came so many times to school to clear our dues but there are no satisfactory answer given by management and principal. From above mentioned points it is clear that they are not in favor of giving workaholic, dedicated employees pending salary.
sir/Madam,
you can bring suit against school for compelling them to provide you all your dues. As it is duty of every employer to provide all dues and wages timely to employees and if any organisation remains fail to do so can be sued in court . In any case they will have to give you all your pending dues .
