Regarding Non-Payment of Salary

Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Yogesh K, am writing to formally lodge a complaint against my former employer, Sanjeet Enterprises, located at Talwade Chowk, Talwade, Pune-412114, where I served as the QMS Manager until 31st December 2024. My employment contract stipulated a notice period of December 2024, which I duly completed.
Despite multiple follow-ups via calls, messages, and emails to the Managing Director, Mr. Sujit Prasad, and Mr. Ajeet Prasad, my salary for the month of December 2024 has not
As a former employee of the company if you have addressed an email to the company especially it's HR and higher management, if you are not in violation of any of the terms of your employment contract then you are entitled for recovery of your salary and other dues, if any. Well, I can assist you in recovering Salary from your Ex Employer, for this, first, we need to send him a Legal Notice, after sending Legal Notice, if the Employer still refuses to pay, then, Civil and Criminal Cases can be filed against him to recovery your Salary on your instructions.
