Regarding non payment of full salary due to notice period despite non

I am liable to fulfill notice period obligation if company has not given me any appointment letter and not joined me on contract i.e no contract of joining. So basically there is no written information to me about notice period. And they are going to deduct my whole salary .
If the company has issued a relieving letter/experience letter to you, then you can raise an objection for deduction of your salary. Well, if they have not informed you in advance regards how many months of Mandatory Notice Period you have to serve before leaving the job in the Employment Contract executed between your Employer and you, then, you are not at fault, they are under fault. If there is no written information provided by the Company regards the Notice Period in advance, then, they are not at all legally liable to deduct your whole salary.
