Regarding FnF non payment after 60 days

My full and final settlement amount has not been paid in my last company yet. It has already been more than 75 days. I have mailed them multiple times for updates but they are repeatedly trying to force me to admit that now only the amount of the notice period will be given, the rest of the leaves will be encashed and arrears amount later. When I asked the final date, they are not giving any update on it. So I want to know what legal action can be taken on this?
you should have to send them a legal notice regarding non payment of your salary and your settlement amount you needed
if they are not responding on your mail then you have to definitely send them a legal notice
