Regarding delay and holded salary without proper notice of termination

I'm a private school teacher and my December and january salary has been hold by my employer ..i had a medical situation and was on 17 days leave...upon continuing they terminate me today 30/01/12 ..i want to file a case in labour court
kindly provide you joining letter so that we can understand terms and conditions and your working tenure how long you had serverd over there. we can't file the case directly. We have to sever notice first, and then we can proceed
