Regarding delay and holded salary without proper notice of termination

I'm a private school teacher and my December and january salary has been hold by my employer ..i had a medical situation and was on 17 days leave...upon continuing they terminate me today 30/01/12 ..i want to file a case in labour court

yes you can file a case against your employer if they terminated you without providing you an opportunity of hearing and without giving you a salary also you have to file a case in labour court without causing any unreasonable delay
