re opening of a case dismissed by the H.C

I have filed W.P.In the high court against my employer . the petition was dismissed due to wrong handling by my lawyer. my employee could get my dimissed making false statements on oath and producing falsely fabricated evidences.
after a long search , i could get strong newcevidences to prove my case.
can i ask the court to reopen my case for rendering justice to me ?
hi yes first need to see the reasons of dismissal of your writ petition and in which year and based on that you could file appeal in the court aggrieved by such order or file review petition to reopen the case
