Provident Fund not being deducted by state government

Sir I am Employed in state Industrial Development Corporation which is undertaking of state Govt. For last 4 Years they are not deducting or contributing my PF. For PF it has separate Trust. what to do. Where to Complaint. Please Guide me. Employer has more than 5000 Employees.

My Response to your query:

If you are employee in SIDO & they are not deducting or contributing PF in this situation.
1) you have to make representations to your concern department.
2) you have to appoint a lawyer and jave to approach before PF office.

This is my response to you:
1. You will have to complain to your employer first;
2. The you will have to approach the officer appointed under Employees' Provident Funds & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952;
3. If they still do not accede to your requests then send a legal notice;
4. Last step is to approach the MAT.
