Problem regarding joining date what to do

I joined a reputed trust on 14 the Feb but due to some problem in my documents my file was completed after 1month of my joining. Now my HR department is considering my joinig date as 14 th March which is keeping me away from my some of trust benefits. Is it right on their side to extend my joining date based on my documents. '
U can approach registrar of trust and make ur complaint, if not sorted out than approach to court , fix a meeting with all documents ur joining proof etc . So that what remedy should available for u , we can advise accordingly

You can take up this matter in following steps -
1. Approach the HR in writing asking for the remedy in terms of your joining date.
2. If they refuse to do so then approach the senior management for the same.
3. If they deny your request then ask for domestic enquiry in writing to get this matter resolved.
4. If that also do not work in your favour then send them a legal notice for the same.
5. If none of these four steps work in your favour then you can approach the court.
