please explain on dual employment in private sector

I was doing dual employment without resignation of the first company because first organization going to NCLT and not paid the salaries in time, due to a medical emergency and survival of my family I was doing the dual employment for 4 months, the first organization paid the salaries after 9 months and now they are sending the mail you are doing the dual employment so you can pay all salaries and wages return to company. so pls suggest

dual employment is prohibited in law.
however since your employer did not pay salaries on time, he cannot initiate any legal proceedings against you. ignore your previous employers claim and continue with your present employer
