Patna HC filling SLP on the judgment of SC for equal pay equal work

Patna high court asked the bihar govt to give "equal pay for equal work" to bihar Niyojit teachers. This judgement is totally based on the judgement of Supreme court of India. But Bihar govt decided to file SLP against the judgement of patna high court. Now the question is : - will this SLP be accepted ?
Depend to how to file slp in Patna high court . But supreme court judgement not deny in any high court so you don't panic of these file of slp .
