Overtime issues/ Overtime not being paid

Employer makes us work beyond working hours on a daily basis. 8:30-5:30 is the shift timing however we work from 8:30-7:00. Overtime payment not mentioned or being done. Logout timings not registered. What to do?
Well, you can lodge a Complaint with the Higher Management of the Company in which you are working. If issues won't get resolved in the Work Culture of your Company, then, you can approach Media. If you are getting harrassed due to work culture, then, you can file a case in Court
