Our company is not paying salary in time i.e delayed by 2 months

HI, Myself Varma, Working as software Developer in a startup company from the last 1 year. At the time of Joining , I used to sign a employment bond. But, from the last 9 months our company is not paying salary in time and from the last two years our company is not paying PF too for all the Employee's in company. What are the legal actions to be taken on company. CAN BREAK THE EMPLOYEE BOND Thanks in advance.

hi if your employer is not paying salaries on time and also not remitting p.f on time, you can issue notice of resignation on the grounds of non payment of salaries in time and break the bond.but prior notice as per terms of employment is mandatory.
