Notice period to be served in a school

23-Mar-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I wish to resign to my post as a teacher but the school is asking me to serve a three month notice period or pay. The staff service rules book says that a 30 day notice period is sufficient. But letter of appointment states that if someone wishes to leave in the beginning or middle of the academic year then a 90 day notice period should be served while we are at the verge of completion. There is something else as well in addition which I couldn't understand. I could send a photo of it if needed. Kindly help the needy

If terms and conditions state that you need to give notice period you are bound to obey it but since it had not mentioned period at end of academic year you can quit without seeving 90 days period...so better to share the agreement
