Not paying my pending salary alo threatend me

i left the company after doing 1 month job as i have some medical emergency. My salary was 20000 from which they paid only 8000rs and 12000 is pending. Now they are not paying the amount also they've blocked me from everywhere.
Got file a complaint under payment and wages act for non payment of your dues and also file a case of illegal termination under the id act which will help you recover your amount and get compensation for illegal termination under
