Not approving leave and deduction of salary

I am working under state heath society bihar on contractual basis..everything I go to my home town my leave never gets approved and I don't get salary for those days

Check clearly terms and conditions of your contact and if it is required write an application to your senior regarding the matter. If nothing happens then you can approach the grievance committee with your demand and if still nothing happens you can file a case in High court.
