Non-payment of salary from college after resignation.

I am an ex Assistant Professor of Birbhum Institute of Engineering & Technology,Suri, Birbum, West Bengal.I have given my resignation to the college on 19th December,2019 and it has been accepted without objection on 26th Dec,2019.Now they are not giving salary which is due from Sep 2019. Whom shall I complain to?
You shoul raise your complain through a detailed representation addressing the principal as well as to the Director of Public Instruction, West Bengal as well to the Secretary of the Managing Committee, if any and also keep the receipts thereof. Even after that if your claim remain unattended you should immediately approach to the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta, it's easy, many of my clients got relief this way. All the best and regards.
