Need to Know what happen if I don't want to serve notice period

Hi,
This is swati Kothari I am working in NBFC firm. i have submitted my resignation to my boss but he is forcing me to serve notice period of 3 months. but same day one of my colleague also submit his resign and company accept it and reliving him within 15 days. I dont want to serve 90 days notice period. Kindly advise what action i can take.

it is ur duty or wish wheather u serving notice period or not but they might not give ur salary or make a false alligation for u and even they can go labour court as they will so ur performance was not good so its better u serve a notice period and u and ur seat and talk with them
