MY financial statement pending issue

As per the Rak offer letter, I have submitted my resignation and served my notice period. According to your previous email, my last date with Rak and Mahindra and Mahindra, Jaipur, was December 31, 2024.
I have been following up with you for the past three weeks regarding my financial statement. I respectfully request that you clear my statement, as I have not received any salary from Rak and my existing company for the past two months.

Well, if you are facing Outstanding Salary Issues, then you need to first send a Legal Notice to your Employer, so that, the Employer or Ex Employer can seriously consider paying you your Outstanding Salary, if your Employer still doesn't pay you your Outstanding Salary, you can file a Civil Suit against it
