My F&F including gratuity is not cleared yet

I worked with the company for 6 years 4 months and left 7+ months ago, but my Full & Final (F&F) settlement including gratuity remains pending. After 90 days, I was verbally informed of post-departure "shopper fee" concerns causing delay—no formal email, and I'd already returned all assets and lost official email access, so couldn't address it. Later promised processing by Jan 2, 2026, but no confirmation or HR email responses since. How to proceed with this
