Method of Promotion from Subordinate Cadre to Clerical Cadre

The employer called application for filling up the 752 vacancies in Clerical Cadre from Sub Staff Cadre. For the purpose of eligibility candidates were divided into three categories-(1) Graduates with 2 years service (2) 10+2 or equivalent with 3 years service and Non-matriculate with 8 years service. As regards, method of selection, it has been provided that Graduates would not be required to appear in online test and there selection would be made on the basis of performance in Interview of 100 Marks. It is further provided that Graduates will rank higher in merit to non graduates. For those candidates, who are non graduate but otherwise eligible there would be online test. A total of 3996 non graduate candidates applied, participated in online test but none of them has been declared successful. The selection on 752 posts has been made from 1864 Graduate Candidates merely on the basis of performance in Interview.No specific parameters with break up of marks has been provided for judg
