merging of cadre and then denial of promotion

there is an inadvertent error of omission, while redrafting and notifying the Recruitment Rules ,2016 in not incorporating my cadre post as one of the feeder cadre posts for promotion to the post of Asst.Director along with other posts. As a result i have no promotions. Can this inadvertent mistake occurred be corrected. i have made several representation with no replies.

Well, an Inadvertent error of omission can be corrected whole redrafting and notifying the Recruitment Rules 2006, under the concerned provisions of law. As you have not got replies yet in response to several representations made by you, I suggest you to send a Legal Notice to your Employer.
