Maternity Leave issue at employment end (Full salary not paid)

Good Morning sir,
My name is Vipin, My wife is pregnant and her employer not giving her full salary of maternity leaves. she was on one month leave before starting maternity leave because of illness. Now employer is calculating her allowed leave on the basis of last three payment average.
This issue can be sorted out, usually employers do this oppression to their employees but this is the statutory right which a female get and rest of the things depends upon the fact of the case for which you can consult me.
