Legal remedy against unlawful salary deduction

I am a school teacher who has dependents also. My employer on 9th January 2017 informs verbally about 25% salary deduction for the month of December(whose salary is due in month of January) and for the next 3 months as security money. I joined the organisation in March 2017 and nothing was mentioned in appointment letter and nothing was told in all these months. They didn't provide any thing in written and when asked in written then also no reply. Now my family is suffering because of all these. Please help me.

Hi,as per your query I would suggest you to made a written representation to your principal in regards to your grievance and forwarded the same to your concerned basis inspector of school along and keep the receipt of the post with you and if they failed to consider your grievance then you may approach to the high court regarding your grievance, rest of things will be well discussed at the time of conversation thaks

They can't deduct your salary without giving any written intimation. If without giving any written intimation they are deducting your salary than you have the right to to take legal action you can file complain before school authority.
