I am seeking legal guidance regarding my recent termination from Glowbal Knowledge Works. I believe the termination was unfair, as I had properly communicated my health condition and intention to return to work. Despite my efforts, I was terminated on the grounds of absconding, unapproved leave, and lack of interest in work. Background of My Case: 1. Well, if you have been wrongly and unfairly terminated, then, you can file a Civil Suit to challenge such unlawful termination. Before filing a Suit, you can send a Legal Notice to the opposite side, that is to your Employer, to revoke your termination, if your Employer does not agree to it, then you can file a Civil Suit against your Employer to get your termination revoked.
