Joining new company while pregnant

Hi, seeking an advice regarding a situation I’m currently in. I am 5 months pregnant and on the bench in my current company. I’ve recently got an opportunity to join a new company and wanted to understand if there could be any potential issues with joining at this stage of pregnancy.
Also, would you recommend informing the new employer about my condition before joining, or is it acceptable to wait until after onboarding?
I’d really appreciate any guidance or suggestion.

You must inform the organization about your condition before joining as not informing would be as good as deceiving the company. As far as your advanced stage of pregnancy is concerned hopefully there should be no issues. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.
Well, it is best for you to aware your new Company about your situation, that, you are Pregnant, so that, they can make an informed choice or decision to hire you or not! Some jobs require more physical or mental or mental and physical productivity both, hence, Employers evaluate whether women during their pregnancy will be able to perform such productivity or not which they expect as per certain set standards! If you will be able to perform as per such set standards or parameters despite being pregnant, then, your Employer will definitely hire you!
