Job promotion related issue 498a case on settlement stage

Sir meka que tha mere bhai ka departmental promotion aya hai unhone ek form diya hai vaha par mention hai ki apke upar criminal case pending hai ya nahi hamare upar 498a huva hai abhi settlemnt ki stage pe hai . Aur case dusri city mai hai job alag city mai hai aur hometown bhi alag city mai hai
Is condition mai kya karna hoga
verification hoga to police ko manage
karke karu ya vaha mention karu
Agar mention karne ke baad suspend kar diya aur job railway department mai hai
You can disclose the fact of 498A if you are also named in the FIR. However, the proceedings being pending does not have any effect on the job.
