Illegal termination and suspension from private company without notice

I am permanent employee post engineer salary 27 k per month in private limited company jaipur,company first suspended me without giving any show cause notice and then terminated me without any investigation my question is where I file the case in labour court or in civil court,I am not having any power to terminate hire any employee nor I have no power to direct anybody in my company. Please advice me where I file case and in which court

Termination ko challenge krna h or suspension revoke krana hai one side decision nhi hoga Bond karaya h us m mention hoga one month notice period hota h labour court m challenge ki Jayega Legal notice se representation diya jayega.
