Sir i convicted railway protection force act 143(i) a.with rupees 10000 fine amount.can i eligible for apply and work in government Jobs?Please explain ...

the offence is punishable upto 3 years or with Rupees Ten Thousand Fine or both. If your are punished with Rupees Ten Thousand alone then you have to check with Railway Police that whther FIR has been filed against you. If FIR is not filed or no case is registered against you then you can apply for Government Jobs but in the application you have to say that you were fine Ten Thousand Rupees. But, if FIR has been filed against you then only after the case is over in Court you can apply for Govt jobs.
