I want to get gratuity from IT company

Hello, I have completed 7 years in IT company and I didn’t get any gratuity which get after completing 5 years in any organisation. Now I resigned that company So how I can proceed to get it legally.

you need to give form i to your employer. it is an application of gratuity claim by employee. after that your process will depend on the response of your employer. if he agree to pay them it's ok other wise you can go the controlling authority and file a claim against your employer regarding gratuity.
