iam schizophernic taking medicine .iam in govt job job is sensitive My disease does not allow to perform properly Should request higher authority to provide light duty. will they no fire me
On the basis of your medical condition, you should give a representation to the concerned official along with the your complete medical record. However, you must keep in mind that you shall be protected only if you had contacted the disease during the course of employment. If you were suffering from the same before you joined the service, then, the same could be a problem.
