Do I have entitled to ATR or a copy of notice or at least a result of my explanation
They r ignoring my RTI
Yes, you are entitled to a copy of the ATR, the notice (if issued), or at least the result of your explanation under the RTI Act. If your RTI application is being ignored, you can file a first appeal under Section 19(1) of the RTI Act with the First Appellate Authority of the concerned department, citing the delay or denial of information.
