Do I have entitled to ATR or a copy of notice or at least a result of my explanation They r ignoring my RTI

Yes, you are entitled to a copy of the ATR, the notice (if issued), or at least the result of your explanation under the RTI Act. If your RTI application is being ignored, you can file a first appeal under Section 19(1) of the RTI Act with the First Appellate Authority of the concerned department, citing the delay or denial of information.

Yes certainly. Every public authority to whom RTI Act applies is bound to respond to the query posed under RTI. If they fail to respond in the prescribed time or provide evasive reply, you can appeal under the RTI Act. Happy to help you.
