A colour blind person appointed as Assistant Station Master in Railway through corruption. What action can be taken against him and what is the process.
hi , first you file an RTI , after getting reply from railway authority . you have to file a complaint in railway tribunal board against the concerned officers who appointed him . and you have remedy to file writ /PIL in high court .
