Hi,
To understand your case , I would need to look into your documents. However, based on your information provided herein above, I say that you are entitled for the regularisation, as it is well settled law that the employee claiming regularisation who had been appointed in pursuance of a regular recruitment in accordance with relevant rules in an open competitive process against sanctioned post is eligible for regularisation.
You can draft a formal application in this regard , showing your rightful claim and thereby requesting for the Regularisation of your post . You also have to attach few documents alongwith the application.

Feel free to contact me for further clarification.

You need to collect all the relevant records regarding your -
(a) appointment and work tenure in the organization coupled with the fact that you were always honest and deligent to your work.
Further you also need to collect all the relevant records regarding your -
(b) selection in the organization which has come through a proper channel and which proves you to be meritorious and your selection to be a fair procedure.
Bring all these documents on the table of any advocate and ask him or her to prepare a writ application for your employment to become permanent. This is the only way to solve out this crisis.
My best wishes to you and your other 40 colleagues.
