I joined 1 company on 4th June. At starting they showed me different picture then things changed and the atmosphere became unbearable. I want to abscond this company. but i have signed 1 year bond or else i will have to pay 1.2 lacs to company. Can company do anything if i abscond. Its small company not very big mnc.
Dear Client,
If you have signed a bond with the company then you are legally obliged to follow the agreement and try to resolve your issues with them. It may create some embarrassment to you, if you do not do the things as per the rules of the company and law.
Hence, you can contact me for further advise and course of action on it after I examine your terms of appointment and conditions of bond.

HS Verma

This is my response to you:
1. Since you have signed the bond you are legally bound by it;
2. But it has only been one month then it won't look like they will pursue you for the 1.2 lacs;
3. If you abscond then you will be declared as an absconder and will also be blacklisted;
4. The company will send you a legal notice;
5. The maximum the company can do is to approach the civil court for recovery.
