How to file a suit and what is the process. I have been terminated and within 41 days of joining and no joining letter given. Employer said you can leave we don't have any business requirement now
Please share the details of your hiring process and post in which you were selected.
Then after I advise you in a better way.
For now I would suggest you to go for legal notice, which is the first step to be followed.
