Harrasment in the Workplace in Bangalore

I have raised a complaint with the Human Resources Department of my prior company regarding harrassment by my boss who is based in USA. The harrassment was in the form of Workplace Bullying being undertaken by my boss. The India office is located in Bangalore where I was working till July 2019 and had to forcibly leave the office on account of the Workplace Harrassment and hostile working environment taking a toll on my health.
I would like to know if I can sue my past employer for this harrassment? I filed a complaint with HR, however they failed to acknowledge the harrassment.
It depends on the gender if you are a female then will be easy for u . U can file a complaint against a person first you need to send a notice to your previous company in addition to that speak to a lawyer or send a legal notice company to start the legal proceedings .
